All County Marion Property Management

Very poor experience with this company. The property owner was very understanding person with a huge heart but moved out of state and decided to get a property management to tend to repairs and rent collection. Mother in law past away and we didn’t have the funds to pay rent and handle funeral expenses so Denice decided to give us the boot two weeks before Christmas the hired some fly by night people to remove our belongings from the home and threw out my father in laws remains that was in an urn that was not replaceable. These company has zero heart and no compassion for the living or the dead. I’d highly recommend you stay away from this company. They also refuse to do repairs when reported had high water bills because the outside faucets were leaking and I notified them on several occas

Deniece is an amazing person to work with. She is kind, responsive, and understanding. Property management companies are not always the best in my experience, so I highly encourage when selecting a property… to look into All County. Poor customer service skills, very bad experience with this specific location. They took applications fees and never followed up with any applicants. They hired a repairmen to replace a hot water heater and belittled me for asking for pictures of the repair. Definitely did not screen tenants well or provided me any paperwork for the tenant as in background check, or photo ID. This location should be avoided by all means. Very unprofessional group of people.

Deniece is an excellent property manager to work with as a renter. She communicates clearly and made the application process easy and fast. While in person discussing rental terms she answered all of our questions with a friendly demeanor and made us feel like we were in good hands. Maintenance requests could be handled with better communication, ie it would be helpful to receive a notification when some action is taken on a maintenance request, but requests in general are handled in a timely manner. Overall my family is very satisfied with All County Marion and feel secure renting with them. I like knowing that the office is local and management knows the area well.

I met Frank Green quite a few times while renting with All County for the 2.5 years I was living there. He was an excellent business man and really knows how to please his customers. On top of all that, he really CARES about the people. Not only did I love renting through all county, but I'm already missing them dearly compared to the people I've encountered now while I'm house hunting in another City. It seems as though most companies just want you in and out of there building so they can go on with the next deal. Others tent to sugar coat and try to take all the money you have when it comes to first, last and security deposit.
