If I could give zero stars, I would. I accepted a signing from All American Title Service, confirmed the appointment, and reserved the time. They later claimed the appointment was cancelled, but that wasn’t true — it was removed from my queue and sent to a signing agency without a phone call or a notification. I know this because the same agency contacted me for the exact same signing at a lower rate, while taking their own commission on top. This kind of behavior shows a clear lack of transparency and accountability. Clients deserve honesty and reliable handling of their documents, not misleading cancellations and behind‑the‑scenes reassignment.

Super smooth process; Jen Hollow was efficient, clear with explanations and very friendly, which makes the "closing" process so much easier :-) Thanks to the team at All American Title Services.

My experience with All American Title Service and Jennifer Hollow was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, I encountered repeated communication issues, avoidable delays, and a lack of follow‑through on important details. I did not feel supported or informed, and the overall handling of my transaction left me feeling frustrated and let down. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this company or representative again.
