We rented for four years. When we first rented our house it was the start of the pandemic and NO ONE was renting. The property manager Mary worked with my best friend, his partner, and I and found us a beautiful place and even managed to accommodate some special circumstances we had. We never experienced any hikes in rent. Generally maintenence was pretty fast. We experienced a lot of plumbing problems (which we were warned might be a thing) but I don't think we ever waited more than a day or two. If there was a long wait it was reasonable given the time (weekends, holidays, etc) and emergencies were handled appropriately. Admittedly we never paid late, so our interactions with management were minimal. We paid via money order and we never ran into any issues. They have an online portal y

We rented a townhouse but recently moved because we purchased a property. Maintenance was quick efficient and nice. Denise was great to work with, very responsive and kind. They don’t pull any hidden moves or fees. Happy with All American.

I love renting from All American. They have been helpful since the day we applied. Mary and the other agents always have a smile on their face and are there anytime you need them. My A/C went out and they had someone there to fix it the next day. I have had no other problems in the house we are renting. One day we will move again but only through All American. Thank yall, we appreciate all that yall have done for us.

Honestly no one should go though this company, the one on yakin road should be closed or hire more professional workers! We called months ago on the one for yakin road and our realtor is Sandra and spoke to an assistant to leave a message so she can get back to us! Asking the owner if we can rent another year we are expecting in may and this was 5 months ago or more to be honest! We get call back and they said the owner will lease it again! So awesome we don’t have to move right away with second baby coming! So it’s beginning of march and they said we need to sign the lease for rent or options to buy so we sign another year and they Expect everything because there’s some things that needed to be fixed from the previous renters and there was a gas leak pipe that needed to be repaired that
