calling for 8 weeks now, almost every other day, leaving messages that nobody answer. Mold and dirty all over the waste baskets in front of every condo door and through the ladder steps. I am paying for the lake view but trees are covering my view to the lake, and with garbage hanging in the branches, etc. I have complain with the landscaping company who sent them the pictures, but in 2 months nothing happened.

This company is a disgrace. I live in destiny springs condominiums and own my condo, I pay almost $400 a month in HOA fees for what? Rude, and unprofessional employees, no responses on emails or phone calls, trash everywhere in the dumpster area, trash and broken concrete every where. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. This place is trash. Angelia is not at all what these people are saying.. she clearly runs a sketchy business and should be held accountable. The first review from Erika K is LIES! She was fired from the company because she is rude and unprofessional and received way too many complaints but yet, she was so happy to work for them? Bogus. I wish you good luck if your HOA transfers over to this organization. They take weeks to return a phone call and months to resolve fee discrepancies. I had the same issue somebody else below did where they just stopped taking my monthly payment from my bank account and then charged me hundreds in late fees. They’ve had the same “due to COVID, we aren’t actually working” phone message since March 2020. I feel like this company is probably run by some husband and wife team out of a garage because if I ignored customers at my job like this, I’d be fired. My community unloaded them for 2022 and every one of my neighbors couldn’t be happier.

If I could give a zero I would. This company is horrible. Beware if your HOA is affiliated with them. Their accounting team sucks needs to go back to school. They are quick to issue fines to homeowners when the error is theirs. If you have an option run. Thus company sold our hoa to another company with no notice and so the mess continues no one knows anything and they won't return any calls or emails.

They manage Villas of Stockbridge where we have a rental home. They've sent us a late assessment notice with intent to lien. We never received the assessment - we have no idea what it was for. We've called 3 times and left messages with their account person (the person who the receptionist sends us to each time we call) and she NEVER calls back. Just yesterday we get 4 notices that we have things wrong with the house - pressure washing and fence painting (which we did last year!). Amazing that they have time to send that stuff out but can't call back... oh! And we tried emailing them to the email address they have printed on their notices, but it got bounced back.
