We have been here more than 2 years and we feel that the management has been working very hard for creating a better neighborhood. We really appreciate Philip and his maintenance team. They responded quickly to our request and took good care of us. They care about the residents very much and brought the living experience to the next level! Only one thing is that I hope people pick up dog poop more often. Although it’s not that noticeable if you don’t have a dog.💔😅

I’ve had a really positive experience living here, especially with the leasing staff. They are extremely communicative and quick to address concerns or questions, which makes a big difference as a resident. They genuinely take the time to learn who you are, not just treat you like an apartment number. Alexis is always friendly and welcoming—she even greets me by name when we pass each other around the neighborhood, which says a lot. Kristan is also great and consistently keeps his word. You can tell he’s putting real effort into improving and transforming the community. They also offer nice move-in incentives, which made the decision to move here even easier. Recently I toured this lovely community with my sister. I must say I was very pleased at not only how well the property was maintained but the office staff. They were extremely friendly and really made my sister and I feel so welcomed. The manager Christian who assisted us with the tour was very friendly and professional. I am very comfortable knowing that my sister will be living in a great community with this being her first apartment. Thank you so much to the entire office staff.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Alister Lake Lynn Apartments! The location is perfect — tucked right next to the beautiful Lake Lynn trail, so it’s super easy to get out for a walk, run, or just enjoy the view. The community feels peaceful and safe, but you’re still close to everything in Raleigh, which is a huge plus. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and spacious. My favorite part is the balcony view — it’s so relaxing after a long day. Maintenance is responsive and always friendly, and the office staff genuinely care about the residents. They host fun community events and are great about keeping everyone updated on anything going on around the property. I am extremely frustrated with the repeated issues surrounding inspections at this apartment complex. This is now the second time I’ve rearranged my work schedule to ensure my dog wasn’t home and that maintenance could access my unit—only for them not to even attempt to enter. Today, they knocked twice and then left. My camera footage clearly shows they never tried unlocking my door, despite having a copy of my key (which they made after the last inspection mishap). Meanwhile, they knocked on the apartment across from mine and did try to unlock that unit—only stopping because they saw a dog inside. So the explanation I received from the office (“they don’t try to enter if a tenant takes too long to answer”) doesn’t hold up. This is the second time the office and maintenance have given co
