Luke at Aliso Briar Forest provided truly exceptional service throughout my move. Since this was an out-of-state relocation, I was naturally a bit anxious about everything being ready on time. Luke went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He personally ensured that my apartment was prepared exactly as expected and took great care to see that everything was clean, organized, and ready before my arrival. What stood out most was his attention to detail and the genuine care he showed in making sure everything was done properly. Thanks to Luke’s support, we were able to settle in comfortably without any stress. We are extremely happy with our new home and truly appreciate the excellent service. I’ve been a resident at Aliso for the past 5 years, but the level of service recently has been extremely disappointing. I submitted a maintenance request on 01/02/2026, and it wasn’t completed until 02/17/2026, which is an unacceptable delay. More recently, I reported a bedroom fan making a loud noise that requires urgent attention, and even after a week, there has been no resolution. This reflects a serious decline in responsiveness and overall customer service. What’s even more frustrating is that I chose not to leave a review in the past, even after a major incident where all four wheels of my car were stolen on the property. However, the continued lack of accountability and urgency has pushed me to speak up. I hope this review reaches NALS Apartment Homes and prompts immediate actio

I appreciate a property management company that cares about protecting and guarding the prospects identity, making sure all is clear and done in the most ethical and transparent way as possible. I’ve been a resident here for almost 2 years now, and I am extremely happy with the aliso apartments. The staff team are very friendly, and welcoming, and I love the amenities they offer, like the 24 hour gym, kids club, and year round pool. I highly recommend it here for anyone looking for a new place to live.
