My experience living at Aliro Apartments was extremely disappointing. This is a very expensive place to live, but the level of service does not match the price. The security felt passive and unreliable. My car was stolen from the parking garage, and when I asked about cameras, I was told there were none covering the area. My vehicle was also vandalized during my time there. The management office was difficult to deal with and unhelpful when problems came up. Toward the end of my lease, I felt like I was being charged for things that were never properly explained or detailed. There was also a serious mold issue in the apartment, which caused allergy problems for both me and my wife. Two neighboring units moved out reporting similar concerns. Based on my personal experience, I would not
We lived at Aliro for almost two years and DO NOT recommend it. Don't believe all those positive reviews – most of them are FAKE. The main problem is MOLD. It's everywhere: in the air conditioners, inside the walls, throughout the entire apartment. Almost the entire building 14020 has this issue. There's a constant bad smell in all the rooms because of it. Oh, and there are cockroaches too. When you first tour the place, you might think it's not a bad option for the price – you won't notice everything right away. But in reality, it's a complete nightmare. The AC broke down countless times. We finally moved out because they could NEVER fix it properly. That was the last straw. The pool is always DIRTY with slimy walls. It was shut down several times after inspections found violations.
Absolute worst living experience of my life, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Short version of the story: my car was towed my first night and the week of my birthday and 2 guests cars towed, bathroom vanity fell off the wall with drawer removed by maintenance and never returned, oven broken for 8 months and stolen bakeware, dishwasher broken for 3 months, and bugs everywhere despite being charged for pest control. 1. Legitimately the morning after I moved in my car was towed because I didn’t have the aliro sticker on. I had finished moving in at approximately 1am the night before. I had to miss 4 hours of my shift waiting for my car, but after demanding that Aliro pay the charges. Then again in January my car was towed because my registration was out of date by 8 days. To be clear, the apartment comp
I was about to sign a lease at Aliro Apartments but thankfully visited a few more times before committing. The front gate was broken for over 10 days, allowing anyone to walk in and out with zero enforcement or security presence. The property is poorly maintained—buildings are falling apart, there are golf carts hidden inside tenant buildings, the landscaping is neglected, and dog waste is everywhere. I had already paid a $500 deposit but decided not to move forward after seeing all these issues. Management refused to reimburse my money, which says a lot about how they operate. In the end, I found a brand-new apartment nearby with a pool, sauna, dog spa, covered parking, grill area, WiFi, and cable included—for less than what Aliro charges for their falling-apart property. Definitely not
BEWARE – Extremely Unprofessional Management and Uninhabitable Move-In Conditions I signed a lease with Aliro, expecting to move in on May 31st. On May 30th, just one day before my scheduled move-in, Jasha, the leasing agent, contacted me to say the unit wouldn’t be ready. I immediately expressed my urgency, explaining I was in the middle of moving out of my current apartment and had nowhere else to go. I told him the work could be finished while I was at work, because I assumed the issues were minor, just cleaning or cosmetic fixes. That assumption was completely wrong. When I arrived on move-in day, I was shocked by the condition of the unit: the air conditioning and refrigerator were not working, large chunks of drywall were cut out, drywall dust was everywhere, and the unit had not bee
