We tried purchasing a condo through this realtor. The listing price of the condo was 229k. We offered 235K and after verbal agreement, 3 requests from her end in purchase agreement changes, she came back that her client after days of going back and forth said no. It seems this real estate is listed but not really for sale. Look into the difference of how foreign realtors do business. We learned a lot from understanding the win or lose negotiations abroad instead of win/win culture here. This was an unpleasant and frustrating experience that we never dealt with before.

I absolutely recommend Alina. We have done multiple projects since 2018 and we continue to work together on investment properties.
