Alight Riverside

This place is probably the closest to campus and one of the best complexes around tbh. The office staff was very helpful and welcoming and their events are always a great time and makes you feel involved as a resident. Maintenance was always so fast with my work order requests and they also update you so you’re not left in the dark. They’re pretty straightforward when it comes to charges too. Not sure if Victoria still works there but shoutout to her because she always answered every stupid question I had as if they were normal questions lol. Overall, this place is great and definitely worth more than 5 stars.

I recently graduated and lived here during my time as a student, and I had a really great experience. The apartments are nice, the location is convenient for students, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. It felt like a comfortable and safe place to live while finishing school. I’m really glad I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to other students!

I lived at Alight Riverside from 2022 to 2025 during all my college years. I gotta be honest, at first I HATED it. My move in was terrible bc the unit was dirty, and the old manager Karina wouldn’t help me with anything. I was 18, first apartment, super stressed, nd thought I made a big mistake signing here. The only reason I stayed is bc of the staff. Riley was the one who really helped me from day one. He literally answered every single dumb question I had and made sure stuff got fixed in my unit. He’s honestly been the one constant through all 3 years. Now that I’m graduating and moving out, he’s still answering all my million questions → full circle moment. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. I lived here for 2 years they were definitely racist, office staff very rude including Ann Glazier. It was always a hassle picking up my package from the office. The office and maintenance crew was always watching us 24/7. When we moved out I hired professional cleaners and professional carpet cleaners to come in and clean the place up but yet I still get charged over 500$ leaving. With no deposit when I put down 2500$ in my deposit. Your guest gets 97hours free to park. Alight failed to mention after you run out of hours they have a “pay to park option” for the guest. If you want to live here expect to be harassed and watched by staff members 24/7, rude office employees, your guest getting towed, and over charged for leaving. Only goo

I went to visit Alight Riverside and was really pleased with everything there. Victoria in the office was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property. If you’re looking to lease while going to school nearby, I highly recommend!
