I worked with Bobby and Alice when selling my home a couple years ago, and the experience was genuinely wonderful. They are incredibly knowledgeable, but what truly sets them apart is how real and down-to-earth they are. There’s no confusing real estate lingo or talking over your head—they break everything down clearly, person to person, and make what could be a stressful process feel manageable. I also deeply appreciated how collaborative they were. When I felt strongly led to priceit a certain way, they listened, respected that, and were fully supportive while still bringing their expertise to the table. I never felt pressured or dismissed—only guided, supported, and cared for. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants realtors who are both professional and truly human!

As a first-time homebuyer I felt very anxious about starting the process. Alice and Bobby were very knowledgeable and walked me through the process step-by-step until I felt comfortable and empowered to make confident decisions during the homebuying process. I primarily viewed homes with Bobby and to be honest it was a lot of fun. After viewing a few houses together, Bobby had a good idea of what to draw my attention to for each property. He took the time to understand my likes and dislikes in a house. I also appreciated that they were very flexible in viewing times and were quick to respond to a viewing request. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience referring clients to Alice and Bobby Hinojosa in Corpus Christi. A referral agreement was sent but never returned, and despite multiple attempts to communicate — including text messages up to the day before closing — I was ignored and never compensated. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in our industry. I have full documentation of the agreement and communication trail. Do not trust this team with your referrals.

We are so thankful for Bobby and Alice. My husband first met them several years ago when we were looking for property for a charity. We still haven’t purchased that. Over the years, they would check in with us or we would ask question. They always treated us like we were million dollar clients. So when it came to purchase a home for ourselves, we knew they would be our agents. We weren’t easy clients. It was our 3rd contract that finally ended up closing for us. The perfect house and the perfect time. They even did video tours for us if couldn’t go see a property as our travel schedule made it hard for timely viewings. They are a power couple and they put that power to use for thier clients.

Could not have been happier with these two! They are a great team who work together to make your life easier! They will go the length to explain the processes, and reasons why things happen in what order. As a first time home buyer it was important to have a Realtor that understood my goals. I got two! Alice is always full of energy and available for calls or messages pertaining to funding, inspections, offers and paperwork. Bobby loves to explore homes and apply his insights of various neighborhoods and developments. Once you’ve found your home you will know them as family! Considering their background in education these two are patient, analytical and precise. Won’t buy a home from anyone else!
