Algon Flats Apartments

Nice apartments , wanted to apply but was told I would still have to provide First month + Security deposit , upfront without an option for security deposit to be broken down into installments . A little upset that they don't participate in the new law .

i’m putting 5 stars so y’all can see this. This is by far the WORST complex in northeast. if you want your car broken into and your windows shattered please move in here!! and then management is USELESS does absolutely nothing and says it’s not their problem. there aren’t ANY camera facing the parking lot. for the price we pay?????? if our cars aren’t safe how are we?

Algon Flats is in a quiet location and have never had complaints, I have been here almost 4 years and never had issues until now, especially with a car In the parking lot. The alarm goes off every night & multiple times a night for the past 6-7 months, This is keeping us and our son restless and I can imagine not only us but to other neighbors as well that are facing the A parking lot, we don't know if someone is breaking into a car or not and causes us to wake up in the middle of the night to check because there is a history of car break ins, We did let Cindy know in April she told us to make a noise complaint and the police could do nothing, they told us to contact the leasing office I did let her know about this as well & it is now June and this has yet to be resolved. Its a well kept place. But if u think youll get parking here lol . Better not work anything but a 9-5 cause in the parking lot which is permit only and supposedly 1 car to apartment . Its alot of non permits and office doesnt care sure they could easily call the toe service and im sure the tow service would love the business and the residents would love having parking with out non residents who sit in car watching wat they can brake into

We really enjoyed living here at Algon for the two years we were in Philly. The surrounding neighborhood area is fairly quiet and Algon itself is kept up very well. The dumpster was not overflowing with trash and the grass was cut often. They have gone through a few property managers during our time there, but all of them have been very nice and quick to answer any concerns. The couple times we needed maintenance taken care of, it was done in a timely manner. We never had any issues with bugs. If I found any, they were already dead. All in all, we really enjoyed this complex. We really liked the layout of our unit, management was nice, and we did not have any issues with packages. They make delivery drivers put all packages in the Amazon Hub in the center of the complex which made me fe
