Just signed our 3rd lease for a home in Biloxi. Kim has always been nothing but sweet and understanding. We got lucky and stay in a home that the owners care about. Anytime we have had a problem ( not many) Kim responded immediately, reached out to the owner and things were delt with same day or the following. HIGHLY recommend using this company.

My wife and I rented through this company. Since we’re military we love often. Well my wife was living in one of Alfonso property management duplexes before we met and was there for a few years. When we married and I got deployed she continued renting there. When we got new orders we hired painters and a cleaner. Took videos and pictures. We had it spotless. They couldn’t even give us a receipt as to why we couldn’t get our deposit back. Rent was $650 was paid every month. We never missed one payment. As my wife said stay FAR AWAY from this company. They don’t respect military families. Maintenance took forever to get out to us. My wife would have to hire people to come out. No A/C in Mississippi weather while 26 weeks pregnant. Staff seemed to be too busy at all times. The front desk lady isn't inviting at all. Maybe it was the stresses of the workload, but I'm not sure. Once we were moved in, the response time for repairs, etc, was okay. They were quick to come out and assess the situation. However, the repairs took forever. They dont have a set standard of the way the himes they over see should be kept. This Meaning, the owners just have to turn over the keys to the property, and that's it. It felt that we were just warm bodies in a shell. If you decide to lease from them or anyone for that matter, keep a paper trail. I rate them a three star because of the response time.

Added freshly paint to the house and cleaned exquisitely throughout the whole home. paid to have painters come in and the house to be cleaned. they will look for a reason to make sure you do not get your deposit back even if there isn’t one. I paid on time for 3 years until I decided to move out never received a deposit back.
