Alexan on 8th

Toured for the first time yesterday. Jovi was an amazing host - polite, professional and knew the building well. Great location for me as it is walkable to Piedmont Park, Publix and LA Fitness. The units had great storage and thoughtfully designed. I work from home and appreciated the amount of amenity space throughout the building. Had awesome views from the amenities spaces and units that I toured.

Editing this 5 months later now: We have lived at Alexan on 8th for over a year. Echoing the other resident reviews, the management and overall quality of this property is drastically worse than we thought when we were moving in in 2024. There is nearly no communication from the management on any issue aside from clearly pre-scheduled generic email blasts occasionally. The resident parking roll up gate has been literally gone for *5 months* and counting. Management has barely communicated about the issue beyond a vague promise that they're "working on it". The last email that even mentioned the gate at all, sent 10/22, just says, We're working with all parties to fix the gate." It should not take this long to replace a gate. I had a very positive experience touring Alexan on 8. The community is well-maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Joia was exceptional throughout the tour—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided clear, helpful information about the property and amenities. Her professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the experience enjoyable and informative. I would highly recommend touring with Joia.

During my tour today, Jovi was phenomenal! She was professional yet personable and encouraging without pressuring me. She was so knowledgeable and really helped me to envision myself in the space. If I end up moving to the city, she will be why I pick this complex.

Jovi gave a thorough & fun tour. Her ability to connect with people is just as superb as the property. The residents seem happy & the leasing staff are accomodating. THEY DON'T SCREEN WITH APPROVESHIELD, which is a huge plus. Jovi & the propert mgr answered all my questions with context. I applied asap.
