Bro, I dont even live there and I'll tell you what. Mary? The "manager" of the property? Incredibly incompetent and is just letting that property rot. During a viewing of the building, I did a tour of several units types and Ill tell you what, every single one had a problem. Whether it be broken cabinet doors, appliances not working, cabinet fillers popping off, I even saw a cracked bathroom countertop. Oh and the noise? Forget it. Paper thin walls, dogs constantly barking. Every unit i visited has some sort of dog nearby. While I dont mind it, I work from home and I feel like jt would be annoying to live with. And dont get me started on the smell. Weed EVERYWHERE it even bled into the hallways. I asked about the non smoking policy and Mary was all over it, explaining policy expectations

Absolutely Do Not Recommend – Smoke-Free Policy is a Joke If you value your health and peace of mind, do not move into this building. Despite advertising a smoke-free policy, the entire third floor constantly reeks of marijuana, and the smell permeates into my living room and balcony daily. It’s a strong, persistent odor that also floods the hallways, making it impossible to avoid. I have reported this issue multiple times, but management has failed to enforce their own policies or provide any meaningful solution. The smoke is a serious health hazard—I suffer from migraines that are triggered by the constant exposure. This building is not being properly managed, and tenants who follow the rules are left to suffer. Think twice before signing a lease here.

Well. I’m writing this review at 6am. Been up for the 6th consecutive night because my new neighbor won’t stop smoking his weed. I asked him to stop over my balcony explaining that the smoke fills my room and wakes me up and reminded him this is a non smoking building. He told me he “never signed shit that said no smoking and everyone smokes here and if I don’t like it I should move” Keep in mind, I’ve only moved here because it was a NON SMOKING building. Management never enforces this, in fact they encourage it. Any emails you send will not be answered, EVER. And the security? A JOKE lol they sit on their phones the entire time and one of them takes a smoke break every 5 minutes lol imagine that, your job is to stop people from smoking and YOU ARE SMOKING. Lmao brought this up to managem

Terrible management … once you become a resident here they don’t care … people drive psychotically in the parking garage… I’ve almost been hit walking in it a few times… the parking garage gates have been stuck wide open for months now so anyone can come in … people that don’t live here are always using the pool and parking spots, security is useless … my AC has been broken for MONTHS and they continue to tell us it’s not broken when clearly it is if the apartment won’t go below 75 degrees and it’s the middle of summer … and you want me paying that much for rent? It’s a joke … they don’t care … will open requests in the app for maintenance and they close the requests after maintenance comes but it never gets fixed

Fire alarms consistently go off a few times a month, at all periods of the day. People who don’t live here drive and park on the nearby streets to use the dog parks and playgrounds. There is always piles of dog excrement everywhere from the large amount of people who walk their dogs and don’t pick it up. Hottub and pool close too early.
