I noticed is how efficiently the square footage is used each area has a clear purpose. From the very beginning, the management team made the process seamless—especially Igor, the management assistant, who was absolutely amazing. He was helpful, courteous, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable every step of the way. So far, I'm really enjoying the move. The community is absolutely beautiful and quite peaceful. As a student, the noise level in my apartment and in the community clubroom is minimal, which is great for studying. That said, I appreciate having parking spaces for friends and classmates when they come over to study at such a low cost to them. I also want to thank the moving process, as it was very thorough. Jason, who was my tour guide and the main person I worked with when completing the application, was incredibly helpful; he was patient and answered all my questions. Occasionally, when we meet, he asks how things are going, for my feedback on the community, and if I’m comfortable with my stay. So thank you, I’m glad to be moving in!

I’ve been working with Katrina and Melany, and they have both been exceptional. They took the time to understand what my mom needed and helped us carefully compare different units to find the right fit. Their communication has been clear, proactive, and genuinely caring, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. It’s rare to find a team that is both professional and warm — they truly stand out. Highly recommend.

Moving into a new apartment can be a confusing and stressful ordeal. However, finding the right place with an overwhelming amount of amenities, a view to a huge forest, and the most professional team of agents you could possibly wish for becomes a wonderful journey. That's what happened to Ingrid and I when we found Alexan Ludlam Trace. An apartment eco system with a superb environment and an outstanding management team. Igor, Jason, Lisdray, and Katrina are amazing. We felt loved, supported, and directed with care and respect. This was not the experience we were expecting because it isn't usually like this. Our gratitude is running deep right now, and we are looking forward to a fantastic living experience for the next sixteen months. Thank you guys.
