2/13/26 update. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Kiana and Sonia at the leasing office are exceptional, and Will, the Community Manager, is warm and welcoming. It truly feels like a team that cares. I first visited Alexan Camellia while it was still under construction in September 2025. Kiana was professional, patient, and kind, answering all my questions with clarity. In January 2026, I attended their champagne and s’mores gathering in the beautiful 6th-floor lounge—such a thoughtful and inviting event. Soon after, Sonia personally followed up and gave me a tour. At 70 years old, I’m ready to slow down, focus on my health, and live in a peaceful, supportive community. I’m done with the rat race. Out of all the places I’ve lived, I’ve never had such a seamless experience. Moving is already stressful, but Kiana turned it into the easiest transition I’ve ever had, handling every detail with care, kindness, and professionalism. She’s the best and a rare gem to find! I’ve also worked with Will, and you truly can’t go wrong with anyone on the team—everything is handled promptly and thoroughly, with no lapses, and they genuinely prioritize making you feel happy and at home in your space. Kiana has done an absolutely phenomenal job demonstrating outstanding customer service. I’m truly impressed by this property the interior design of the A1, and A6 units! The location is excellent (close to 99 Ranch Market), and the communication from both Kiana and the leasing office management has been exceptional. Definitely recommend living this place! Super excited for the future

My experience here at Alexan Camellia was great with Kiana. I have rented from a lot of places and dealt with a lot leasing staff members over the years. I would say that she has been amazing from the beginning of the process to the end. Her attention to detail and follow-up has been by far the best I have dealt with, and this was at the time no leasing staff assisting her when the complex was not officially open yet. She has had a cheerful demeanor and always a smile on her face at every interaction that I had with her even though I know she must have been stressed out with all the daily construction updates that goes along with opening a brand-new facility on top of getting her clients in to see apartments.
