This being our first home purchase, it was a pleasure working with Alex as our realtor! He is the definition of what a good realtor should look like. He was always accessible to us with any questions we had (day or night), very personable, and treated us like we were his top priority- taking us to view multiple listings before we found our new home. Once we got under contract Alex stayed on top of things and ensured no little details fell through the cracks throughout the entire process that he/we had control over. Though we had minor hiccups on the other end of the table Alex advocated for us and always put our best interest first. We enjoyed our time working with Alex and we know it won’t be the last time we do business with him!

I was absolutely blown away by Alex, who exceeded all my expectations. The way he interacts with his clients in the process shows such tact and diplomacy. I needed to move within three weeks and rent my fully furnished house. He was able to organize a professional listing with professional photographs and video footage of my home. Within 48 hours of listing my house, he had it rented to a young professional who has been a perfect tenant. Without his implementation of a proper timeline and urgency to meet my deadline, this would have never been possible. I feel fortunate to have met him and I would rank him among the top performers!

Alex Exceeds Expectations!!!! I listed my home FSBO and had quite the process of selling my home without an agent. I did not hire Alex to sell my home but truthfully from the first interaction with him I felt as if he represented me as well as the buyer. Alex is not afraid to move quickly and handle ALL aspects of the home buying/selling process. The services he provides are above and beyond expectations. If you are selling your home list with Alex!!!! If you are buying a home call Alex ASAP!!!! You will be pleasantly surprised with the services you will receive.

I actually began my first home buying experience with another agent. After 8 or 9 months and having several offers fall apart, I was fed up and was almost ready to give up. One of my friends spoke very highly of Alex and told me to call him right away. I was apprehensive at first, but after meeting him for coffee I had no doubt that this was the guy. Not only did he flor me with his professionalism and talent, but he helped me land my dream home at 35K under asking price in Pocket. It was the only house I made an offer on with him as my agent, and I ended up closing 3 days early.
