I will never do business with this group again or their title company. They have been the most incompetent group of people to work with ever. They never called us once during the process to communicate or advise us of the next steps during the process. After the sale, we found that there was no drainage for the washer or light switches for some of the lighting. Also, found that they had failed to meet the HOA's approval on several of the repairs done on the home. My realtor and myself contacted them for 5 days without any response. Since they failed to respond and felt it wasn't necessary to contact us, WE will contact an attorney to pursue further actions to correct the problems!!!

I love these offices! The agent is super helpful as well.
