Alena Apartments

We loved our time at Alena! Lived in a very spacious 1 bedroom that was perfect for a couple. A few of my favourite parts: Huge, beautiful kitchen. Plenty of storage. Parking always available. Fantastic admin and maintenance staff. Quiet, only ever heard our upstairs neighbours and those in the breezeway. Only dislikes: Valet garbage pickup sounds great, however not being able to take out your trash over the weekend is frustrating. Yellow interior paint just isn’t my favourite.

Place has been really excellent so far after 2 months of living here. Only issue I have is with the Valet Garbage. When I first heard of it, thought it sounded great. Having to plan your garbage schedule around their schedule is really inconvenient. It would be better to be able empty my own garbage whenever it is ful. Maintenance is really great. Have had a couple of issues. Ricardo took care of them very quickly and was professional about it Nice apartment's!!

Wonderful place to live...always looks clean and neat with a beautiful manicured landscape. Management is doing a great job here....

I’ve been here for almost six months and it’s been a great community.. I’ve only ever had issues with the trash collecting services that are provided. Other than that Rekita is the sweetest and will help you with what you’re looking for. Also, maintenance is wonderful! Shout out to Ricardo for being very professional and getting things done.

Just moved in so I'll update my review as I go! The place is new and it's nice that it's easy to clean and not excessively painted like some other rentals I've lived in. I hope that they don't cake on the paint here because it will stay really nice if they can clean when possible instead of painting over dirt/hair to avoid the "landlord special". Really nice for the price, I searched pretty intensively online before finding this place. I suspect that maybe since they are new and trying to get people in, their prices are a bit lower than they will be. There are a lot of great features here: the washers/driers are super nice with scheduling options and lots of different settings, front loading.
