Aldrich 51 Apartments

Nice place. It is a bit different for me being in a hotel type, where you close one door and hear it at the other end. Not that doors are being slammed, just explaining. It is also a bit different to have a Lobby, but in a great way. Staff is great. Maintenance requests are quick, of course depending on priority basis.

Beautiful apartments nice and spacious very very clean. Looks brand new easy move-in traffic not bad at all. Easy to find parking. Everything was incredibly well kept up. Everything works perfect most perfect move. I ever experienced in applying for the place people with the greatest ladies that were helping us Actually helped us Just the best experience I’ve had in my long life

I've been a resident for five years now here at Aldrich 51. I'm so grateful 🙏 for our new Mgr. Martin R. and the ladies in the office Cameron and Morgan. They are doing an exceptional job in the office/apartments. The maintenance and housekeeping as well. Martin as added more equipment to the gym, and we are having a food drive and they will be catering our Thanksgiving meals. They have also started celebrating birthday's for the residents each month. Thanks for the great work guys!

morgan made it easy to transition from my old apt to my new one here at aldrich51.. so far so good usually quiet and peaceful.. within the building. thank you all in office jaime

Updated 6/6/24: We have finally decided that it's time to leave this place and will be leaving as soon as our lease is up. Several units around us have been leaking, and our neighbors were recently moved unexpectedly because they got flooded. We started getting floods in our closet and bathroom, and an external plumbing crew has told us that there are many, many leaks around this entire building, causing bad mold issues throughout the complex and loose baseboards- essentially making it a ticking time bomb. The bathtubs are made of plastic, and the crew explained that this causes them to crack but keep their shape- so the leaks and damage get worse and worse, but nobody knows until they completely break, thus flooding everything around them.
