Their staff turnover is so constant it’s a running joke—every month, a new face, each one less competent than the last. The so-called “employees” they bring in are either checked out, clueless, or simply don’t care, and management seems to go out of their way to find the worst possible candidates. The property manager was literally fired for drinking on the job. That’s the level of professionalism you can expect. This company should be sued for the mismanaging of Fraser Crossing Fraser Place property. They are not worthy of a one-star rating. They are the worst management company I’ve ever had to deal with.
