I went for a house Tour. A one month rent off discount was advertised online and in person. i asked for clarifications and confirmed that the offers were valid. Expressed interest in the apartment still and was informed just as i was submitting my application that the offer is does not exist anymore. some basic appliances were missing in the unit we toured and repair works for empty apartment toured seemed incomplete at best and totally undone at worst. really considered this apartment and thought it would be worth it but the many drama with reneging on promises, antiquated appliances and willingness to exploit unobserving new tenants makes this a no no for me. Listen to me, DON'T DO IT❗️❗️❗️ I'm telling you for the sake of your mental and physical health❗️I trusted Katie (Who is believe is gone now), she seemed so nice and professional, but the woman was a trickster. She urged me to sign a lease, I signed and then went to see the place and it was the opposite of what I was told. HUGE spiders, crawling on the ceilings, running out the heaters, I am serious!!! Not one, not 2, but multiple spiders every single day. I felt like I was in a World War, literally I developed PTSD. I couldn't sleep, I would wake up every ten to 15 minutes to "scan the room" for spiders. The spiders were worse than rats and roaches COMBINED❗️I was literally terrified 😨. Not to mention the place is in the middle of a cemetery ❗️❗️Mold hidden under paint. I would stay in TE

Lived here for a year and a half, had the most disrespectful downstairs neighbours, management never did anything. So many nights of loud banging and running around until 3-4am. Don’t live here if you want to have management who actually listen to you.

We are current residents at Alderr Bellevue and we can say that with the new management the community has improved a lot. It’s clear that things have changed — everything is more organized, the staff is attentive and quick to respond. It feels like the property is being maintained at a higher standard now, and we truly appreciate the care for residents. Thank you!

This place is not worth your time or money. The grounds are not well kept, I see the occasional mouse/rat scurrying about, garbage is seemingly everywhere, and kids run rampant in the parking lots all hours of the day screaming and making various messes. The pool usually contains a decent amout of debris, maintenence requests only sometimes get completed in a timely manner if at all, utility bills are higher than I have ever seen anywhere else, unfriendly neighbors, etc. You are paying above average pricing for below average living conditions.
