Alden Park Luxury Apartments

Beautiful historic bones, but desperately needs an upgrade I recently toured Alden Park, and while the buildings are architecturally stunning and full of history, the lack of investment is evident. The wall-to-wall carpeting is outdated, holds dust, and has a noticeable odor — it really needs to be removed from the apartments and common areas. Investing in professional floor scrubbers for each building would make a world of difference. Additionally, the laundry facilities are past their prime and need replacing. With modern HVAC systems and a bit of "TLC," these buildings could attract a completely different tier of clientele. We arrived a day early for our tour and fully expected to be turned away, but the concierge, Josh, went out of his way to secure a tour for us. Harisa was very thorough in showing us around this absolutely gorgeous triumvirate of buildings (the architecture! the pool! the grounds!) but our jaws hit the ground when we saw the stunning corner apartment!! So much room and light! The rent and fees are very reasonable, and Harisa answered all of our questions and made us feel like valued customers. Firsst off, new move ins please DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS for at least 6 months so you're not deceived or deceiving others. The strategy here has been getting new people to wipe away real reviews to the point that real reviews are at the bottom and new move ins at the top. Honestly, It's been a disaster living here for two years and I will not be renewing my lease. I have had a major leak in my apartment and three different contractors have come out, patched up the bathroom ceiling and mold and never fixed the leak. The ceiling is falling in the bathroom and the mold is everywhere due to the leak from the shower head to the entire ceiling. The contractors have never fixed the leak. Very interesting community of 4 architecturally interesting buildings on a huge campus arranged around a pool. The indoor pool is fascinating — it looks like a Roman spa! The touring agent, Jamira, was so good, so helpful. Alden is lucky to have her. The apartments I was shown were spacious and in excellent repair. Overall, just from a tour, I recommend this apartment complex highly.

I just moved into my apartment at Alden Park this past weekend. I was very satisfied with the condition of the unit. Everything was clean, properly functioning, and I could tell the unit was freshly painted. My utilities were turned on before I even arrived. Super satisfied! The grounds of the property were very clean and well kept. It’s a beautiful location and serene environment to live in. You can open your windows at night and hear almost silence. Jamira was my Leasing Agent. She is fantastic and I highly recommend her! She answered all of my questions and held my hand through the application and leasing process. She was there on my move-in day to give me my keys and answer all my last minute questions. Can’t say enough great things about Jamira! So far so good at Alden Park. Overal
