Album Marana

Album Marana has been amazing for our family. The team handled my mom’s transition from her longtime home with true professionalism, and compassion. She’s happier, has made great friends, and truly loves living there. The staff is always welcoming and fun. We are so thankful for this wonderful community.

We lived here from June 2024 to June 2025 and couldn't wait to leave. There are no "active 55" residents here. But if you want to spend the rest of your life playing bingo and doing nursery school crafts ("Let's color in a shamrock!") then go here. If you get excited about a monthly cornhole contest, then you belong there. Security is non-existent--anyone can walk through the pedestrian gates without a key. The west side parking gates were wide open and not functioning for maybe 1/3 of our time there. A car was stolen from the lot. The doors to the residence building were often malfunctioning or wouldn’t close completely. On the upside, you could almost never lock yourself out. We had many financial issues. We moved in mid-month and our move-in cost sheet was pro-rated incorrectly by a

Moving is never easy but moving into album around was the best decision I’ve made! the staff is top notch topped off by Shane the senior sales guy and Alex the who is the great community manager. Shane is the guy for great parties and fun activities and you can’t help but have a great time. My neighbors are also a great, they offered their help on a regular basis. Edit: We just read Album's "caring and concerned"-sounding response and are perplexed. So, we should call them to resolve the pet security deposit and they'd be happy to help? We've left courteous messages and Alex doesn't return them. In the time it took for them to frame their careful "marketing" response, they could have called us. We lived at Album for almost a year and left before our lease expired. We met lots of very nice residents, and still have friends there, but it wasn’t for us.
