Albany Management Group

I’ve been in my apartment with Albany Management since June of 2024. There have been a few growing pains throughout the process, but overall I am satisfied with my place. This morning I had the biggest scare ever. A smoke filled home with a baby in it. My oven had an electrical issue. I text Albany Management (new owners) before 7am. They responded as soon as the doors opened. No questions asked.. & they replaced my old stove with a brand new one within a few hours. It’s never been “bad” here but these GREAT moments are MAJOR for me. The support from the woman on the phone.. All the way to the maintenance men making sure everything worked before leaving. This is how you take care of your tenants. I went from a fully traumatizing situation to literally getting taken care of IMMEDIATELY.

Lourdes, the manager is rude, and does not communicate. My $1,300 was kept after I was repeatedly asked to sign a lease way before my move in date. Still waiting for them to take national grid out of my name. Again, for an apartment I never moved into. Apartments have a nice esthetic. Way too costly for the lack of customer service and follow up.

I absolutely love Albany management. Before moving into one of their properties i was homeless and living in a hotel with my son. This company worked with me to find an amazing home for me and my child and changed our lives for the better. When everyone else said no or looked at my circumstances as blocks in my road to success and stability they saw it as a roadway to something greater for me and my son. No words could ever really describe the way I feel now that I have a real home for my son. Thank you Albany management truly an amazing company and realtors.

I have never, in my entire life, had a worse experience with a landlord. I’ve been with Albany Management Group for less than a year now, and this is only one of COUNTLESS issues my roommate and I have had with our apartment/this leasing company. Currently, I have not been able to use my dishwasher for around six weeks now. There is some sort of plumbing issue in the kitchen that has rendered my dishwasher completely useless (it is full of dirty dishwasher, and is literally the most rancid smell I have ever experienced in my life), and the sink drains VERY VERY slowly, meaning that it fills completely up with water before I even have the chance to finish washing all of my dishes by hand. I have placed two work orders, the first on 4/20 and the second on 5/14, and I have received ZERO COMMU

I have been living in my rental company for over a year. I have encountered my fair share of issues within my apartment which I have not been necessarily pleased with however, I deeply appreciate Selma in the accounting office. She has been responsive, helpful, and genuine in assisting with all issues related to accounting. She also has transferred me to the right department and advocated for my apartment needs even when it was unrelated to accounting.
