This is the second time we’ve used Alban and we highly recommend them! Our pre-drywall inspection was completed professionally and within only a few days notice of our request - they are very flexible with scheduling. Robert answered all our questions and we received the subsequent report quickly. He noted a few areas that required follow up by the builder - we really appreciated his attention to detail and knowledge, we will definitely be using Alban for our final inspection prior to closing on our new home. Highly recommend!

I'm am writing this review nearly 2 years after I had an energy audit completed by Alban Inspections under the potomac edison rebate program for making my home more energy efficient. I want to share my experience to warn anyone looking at hiring this contractor. I was in the process of purchasing a 120 year old home and wanted to have an energy audit performed to determine how bad the home was and to get the "up to" 75% rebate through the potomac edison rebate program. They were busy and took 5 weeks to get on the schedule. I had a blow in door test completed and had requested potential upgrades to make the home more efficient. I had called on multiple occasions to get the report before I signed papers to close on the home and was promised I'd get them soon. I didn't receive the report un

Very positive experience. The scheduler was very pleasant, email communications clear and helpful. Mr. M the home inspector was prompt, friendly and professional in completing radon testing. Results received quickly, as promised. I would highly recommend Alban.
