I saw the review that says Janet and her team was something positive to work with I wish I would have had this experience. Dealing with Janet herself which was rude, unprofessional, and showed me me none of the qualities others experience. I was connected to her after calling back when John for some reason didn't understand the definition of proof, but for some reason the magnolia and cultural district offices did. After seeing I was not being listened to for understanding but seeming rather tolerated, stereotype and talked at I asked for a supervisor in which John said there was none and hung up in my face just for me to call back and be transferred to the supervisor Janet which wasn't no better. Which is interesting in a weird way and sad that people say similar experiences like that or
