Alamo Oaks Apartments

I recently moved out of the apartment where I had been living for a while, and I just wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience. The management was always responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The building was well-maintained, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which made it a comfortable place to call home. I truly appreciated the clean common areas, fast maintenance service, and friendly neighbors. If you’re looking for a reliable and peaceful place to live, I would definitely recommend these apartments. Thank you to the management and staff for making my stay pleasant! 😊😊

If I could I would give no stars. First thing is the person K. Evans and Dayton Krause are employees or friends of the people that work here. I have living at this property since Aug 2020 and it has been issue after issue since day one. They have change stuff and managers at least 4 times and you get tired of hearing the same BS, give me a chance to change things around or give me 90 days to change your mind. The current manager stated that the maintenance will be there on that day to fix issues or at least by the next business day but that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I pay $1200 a month for this pit. The leasing agent that I worked with I called the "closer", he was the one they used to get people to move in and push for urgency to sign lease. Quiet & clean community to live at, including for children. They try and keep the pools clean all the time so that's a BIG plus. We've been here 6 months and don't have any major concerns yet 🤞🏽

My daughter lives in those apartments and recently needed maintenance to do some repairs. The guy his names is Jesus and he was very respectful and helpful. He did a very good job and cleaned up after himself. He was very nice and polite.

So yall can lock mail rooms and deny tenants access to our mail ? 4days with out checking the mail maybe up your security gates are always broken cars are always getting broken into you name it thank god there’s no shoot outs here but the slums is the best way to put it can’t even clean a pool decently. No hours of operations for mail rooms just and email stating they will be locked due to break ins. What about everyone else who needs their mail last time I checked you can not with hold mail this whole complex and the management team is a lawsuit waiting to happen this place is disgusting and a joke.
