I’ve been renting with Alamo Creek Property for 5 years (2020 - 2025) and they have never failed me. The team are very professional and quick to respond to any concerns or requests. All paperwork and documentation were always handled thoroughly and in the proper legal way, which gave me a peace of mind. They has been kind, helpful with suggestions, and always made the process smooth. Thank you to Tracy, Tina, Jessica and Gil for being amazing! I truly appreciate your consistency and reliability. If you're looking into renting, I highly recommend their service!!!

I was able to rent from Alamo Creek Properties for the last two years while i was looking for another home to buy. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and how they care for their tenants, I am extremely happy to be a home owner again but anyone that has to rent i would highly suggest renting an available property from Alamo Creek Properties. I rented an Alamo Creek property for two years (2018-2020) and it has been great. Before I even moved in, they let me move in a day early because it worked with my schedule better. They allowed my dog in their property (with additional deposit), which everyone else flat out refused. Any time something came up, I submitted a work order through their website or called them and got an immediate response. They've always been extremely accommodating and highly responsive. I would happily rent with them again.

Terrible! The property manager Tina is rude, and extremely disrespectful. Worst rental company I have ever rented from. Stay away from this company unless you want to be discriminated against and treated like garbage. Filing formal complaints with the better business bureau as well!

I use Alamo Creek Properties to manage my home in Vacaville. The are diligent, responsive, attentive, and do a great job. They are leagues above my previous property management company, and I could not recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for a property manager in Vacaville!
