I want to thank that the lady who answered my call just now and spent time with me on the phone explaining a bonded title. She was patient, kind, and explained everything to my understanding! I appreciate you. You saved me time and money!

I used to come here for any title or registration needs over the years. After these last couple days they’ve lost a customer. 10/6-showed up at 4:15p, business hours state they’re open til 5:30. Closed sign was already on the door and doors were locked. 10/7-showed up at 12:30. Business hours showed it was open. Once again closed sign was up and doors locked. What’s the point of business hours if you aren’t going to actually be open when you say you are? I understand employees need breaks to eat lunch, etc. but at least publish when that happens so people aren’t wasting their time.

Came from another title place down the street that stopped doing titles an hour before they close…no sense. Marisol here at Alamo title took good care of me. Super quick, efficient, and had all the answers to my 100 questions. She knows this like it’s the back of her hand. Excellent customer service. Definitely continuing to keep coming back here.

Could’ve helped me save money but instead told me after the fact smh will not go back there again

BE CAREFUL!!!! Service was fast but I got screwed using a debit card. Yes, she did mention a free for credit card but I used debit. She ran my debit as a credit to hit me with the fee. Courtesy, would have been nice if she would have said the fee still applies with debit. BE CAREFUL. you will end up paying their fee for the month to their bank.
