Alameda Cove- 5 Minute Walk to the University

Watched this property transform before my eyes. It’s a completely different place now with the full interior renovations and exterior transition. The new carports add a really nice touch especially for the winters in Salt Lake. Property is kept clean and the management team is experienced and responsive. Highly recommend taking a look if considering renting in the area.

When I first moved in, we had trouble opening the lock in which the key to get in was left for me. I talked to one of the contractors and he gave me Melissa’s number. I called her, a couple times, and didn’t get an answer. He called her, probably 2-3 minutes later, and she answered. When she arrived she made a dumb fake excuse for it and did not seem sorry at all. I signed with them because I was told the rate would be going up, but once I had moved in I saw a rate that was even lower than what I had. So kind of annoying. The apartment itself is ok, nice but some of the remodeling in the little details you can tell was rushed. They’re fairly fast on the maintenance. It’s listed on their website for $1,500 right now, I wouldn’t pay that for this place. If you can live somewhere else, do. If

We love our apt in Alameda Cove and Bustos is the best property management company ever! We’ve been here since August and it is everything we hoped. Bustos communication with tenants is second to none. They respond quickly to any inquiry or request. We have never worked with another property management company as caring and efficient as Bustos. By far the nicest units we’ve looked at in this area. Every unit we toured has been remodeled, and the little plants that line the driveway look so nice!

Alameda Cove is a beautiful, remodeled complex in such an incredible location! The management team is incredible and their pride in ownership shows in how clean and nice the complex is kept! If I could give more stars I would!
