Al went above and beyond for my home purchasing experience. I purchased a home while living in another state and needed to close remotely. From the limited time frame to find the right home to the snafus that happened during the remote closing, Al was great at communicating where we were in the process. Al went above and beyond in so many ways but that's just who he is and I can say that he would be someone that I recommend and would work with again. He helped to find quotes for repairs, negotiated a reduction in price for the repairs needed in the home, he went by the house after torrential rains and sent video of what the home and property looked like in those conditions, he even put a little surprise in our fridge for when moving day came. Al Sartorelli is one of the best people and best real estate professionals I have ever known. A few months ago we decided to list our home in Brevard. We interviewed several listing agents. But top on our list was Al. Although I have known all personally and professionally for many years I asked him to come give a listing presentation so we could compare what he offered to others. It wasn't even close. Picking Al after hearing his presentation would have been the only way to go, even if we had never known him before hand. He did his homework and gave us info on our home that no other agent brought to the table. The next runner up didn't do a CMA and they showed no faith in what we felt our home was worth.
