In short, our experience was stellar! Their entire team from the cleaning crew to maintenance to managers were super personable and friendly and really seemed motivated to making our stay enjoyable. (Kudos to Samantha, Gary and Logan for the great experience) We lived at one of their buildings (330 E Mill Plain Blvd Vancouver, WA 98660) on a 9 month lease. And my girlfriend and I couldn't have asked for better living experience. At the time we moved in, it was brand new building and our property manager gave us a smooth move-in, always communicated what was expected of us, always communicated what building amenities were being added and which issues were being addressed (elevator fix, rooftop patio features being installed). I'm a residential tenant and the Al Angelo team is so lovely. Particularly Nicole and Gary (in maintenance) have been so nice to me and easy to work with. They have even left sweet notes and treats on holidays or "just because." I had such a bad experience with my last two management companies. It's refreshing working with a company that's honest, accountable and puts noticeable effort into making tenants happy. Not to mention all the decorative touches and appliances in my unit are top of the line. I believe that's Nicole's handiwork. :)

In the midst of an unprecedented market, this company seems to keep their expectations with their clients reasonable. Comparatively, to other gouging companies. I trust working with them because of their long standing history and reputation with the city of Vancouver.
