I just did a lease renewal with Akam for an owner. Manu Mathew was very helpful and responsive. There was a little hiccup with the app and Tracey Whisnant was instrumental is clearing it up. Both Tracey and Manu went above and beyond. The whole team was professional. Great job all around.

We transitioned to AKAM 6 months ago and so far I can say without hesitation that they have been wonderful. Communication and transparency were our top priorities and so far are standards have been met and even exceeded. I don’t every single team member’s name for our building but Robert, Anne, Karla, Karen, Gina et al have been treasures. As the president of the condo board I feel very comfortable and safe with them and so do our unit owners. Should that change, o will certainly update the review but I don’t foresee it.

Ms. Alexandra Antoine at AKAM Property Management for property renewals is wonderful. She is very experienced and professionally to help the customers and get applications done quickly. We are very happy with Ms. Antoine!
