Natalie has been great to work with! She made our move-in process really easy and stress-free from the start. When we toured the property, it was so nice to see how many residents greeted her…it’s clear she has great relationships with people in the community. I also loved that she knew the kids’ names and took the time to acknowledge them. That kind of personal touch really stood out to me. We’re really happy with our experience so far!

We recently moved in and have had a really positive experience so far. Derrick was especially helpful throughout the process. He is friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, which made the move-in much smoother. One thing I really like about the property is the amenities and the overall layout. There are nice patches of healthy grass around the community, which makes it feel more maintained and pleasant to walk around. The floor plans are also well designed and feel spacious. Our unit came with a washer and dryer that seem fairly new (at least newer than what we’re used to), which was a great bonus. I also love how much natural sunlight comes through the windows where we’re located. My plants can finally get the sunlight they need! Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to settle int

5 stars across the board! I am truly so grateful to live at this community. From my very first phone call up until my move in day, it has been a wonderful experience overall! Emily was the first person I spoke with, and from day one she was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and reliable. I signed my lease site unseen (crazy I know), and while driving over 800 miles to my new home, she ensured that everything was in place for my move in. She even took the time to take videos of my unit to confirm it was exactly what I wanted! On move in day, I was greeted by Natalie, who helped me settle in and made sure I had everything I needed. Her energy is infectious and she keeps her word! I can’t forget about Derrick who is incredibly hardworking, kind, and always willing to step in and help out

Emily was absolutely amazing during the tour. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and walked me through everything about the community. Her knowledge and friendliness made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuine — honestly, it already felt a little like home. The community itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I could immediately picture our family living here. My kids are going to love all the fun spaces to explore, and it’s so nice that they even have refreshments while you tour — such a thoughtful touch! My pup is going to be just as excited with all the pet-friendly areas too. We’re planning our move for this summer and after touring Ayia, I’m even more excited. Huge thank you

If you’re looking to live in Gilbert, Aiya Luxury Apartments is the spot. The property is in a beautiful area and the community itself is top tier. The pool and spa are amazing and feel like a resort, and the community center is super clean and well kept. The gym is honestly like a 5-star fitness center — way better than what you normally see in apartment complexes. The whole place feels modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which made moving here an easy choice. A big shoutout to Derrick in the office as well. He made the move-in process extremely easy and smooth. He’s very knowledgeable, reliable, and respectful, and he took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was taken care of.
