If you enjoy living with roaches, mice AND rats as big as chihuahuas this is the place for you. Noisy and trashy.

Worst place I have ever lived. There are mice and rats. The landlord is horrible and a slumlord. My bathroom ceiling is leaking and falling in, there is mold from the leak and all they do is paint over it. He charges extra for everything and is in everyone's business way too much.

Very large complex in Edmond Oklahoma!! Seemed well managed! Was able to find front parking to unload my neisces things to an upstairs really nice clean 2 bedroom apartment that was a very upscale feel to the layout and atmosphere!! Parking lots were not crawling with people or loitering thugs you see in most apartment complexes you see these days!!!

Good place to live and the cost is great.

It's alright I guess but the place is kind of run down. I just wish I lived in a place that was a lil cleaner and that I wouldn't have to worry about bedbugs. A lot of people that live here are on a fixed income. A few work but just not my cup of tea. I wasn't raised to live in a place like this. I guess it will have to do for now.
