Ainsworth Terrace Apartments

I would not recommend renting from here. I'll start with the good things, first off everything's pretty brand new. All the appliances are nice and brand new and the bathroom is pretty decent. The parking garage is also nice. Now for the bad, it's in a very sketchy neighborhood, lots of homeless people sleeping in the stairwells often. Lots of sketchy people in the area always made me feel uncomfortable. I heard gunshots often while staying at this apartment. My apartment also got broken into on the ground floor which really sucked. Also it feels like the walls are made out of cardboard. You could hear every conversation all your neighbors are having. I don't understand why you build a brand new apartment building with such thin walls?!?! Also the neighbors right next to us were very unp
