Very poor management. Lack of upkeep on the building has caused numerous issues, including many roof leaks into several units. When it happened to mine they told me to call my HVAC company, which I did, and they confirm my HVAC unit was not the cause, the leaking roof was. Now AIM is refusing to reimburse me for that visit, which I never would have had if their roof hadn’t leaked. My HVAC unit has been properly maintained according to my lease. Just one of the many issues over the past 3 years I’ve rented there. They refused to trim trees that completely covered our signage (until recently), the doors to the units are in such bad shape most people have to chain them closed, and the leaking roof (which they have known about for years) caused our insurance to go up SIGNIFICANTLY, which in tu

We worked with AIM Real Estate Management for several years. While things began smoothly, we experienced ongoing issues: poor communication, constant staff turnover, and lack of transparency. During our transition to a new management company, Kevin Quat, President of AIM, made the process unnecessarily difficult. He enforced a rigid 30-day document hold after contract termination and created roadblocks in transferring association funds. His tone was unprofessional and uncooperative throughout. HOAs deserve support, not resistance. AIM failed to deliver stability, responsiveness, or professionalism when it mattered most. I cannot recommend them to any community seeking ethical, dependable HOA management.

I've been using AIM for just over a year after transitioning from short-term to long-term rental property management. They've been fantastic—especially Josh, who has been extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout. I always get timely and trustworthy advice when I need it. Having worked with three different property management companies across multiple states, I can confidently say AIM stands out. I'm really glad to have them managing my property in Hilton Head. If you're looking for a solid, reliable property management company, I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend AIM Real estate management enough. They are very professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of renting your property. They collect rent, manage maintenance, preform inspections and prepare tax documents in a timely manner. They have also lined up follow on tenants before the current tenants’ lease expire. Peace of mind is how I would sum them up. Fantastic company. Josh rocks never let him go!

Be very careful of this company. My Mother has lived in her apartment 3 months with NO FLOORING after a property caused flood they have refused to help in any serious way. Josh Quesada, the property manager, was a rude as possible. My mother is a SENIOR citizen and they are taking advantage of her!! If you are considering using them please read the reviews.
