When I first contacted them, I could not get the realtor I had connected with to actually come show me a house. I ended up with the owners and they showed me one house which I immediately put an offer in and bought. It was my first house purchase and stressful, but they did explain everything in the contract and offer. I was disappointed they didn't give me a closing gift honestly. I guess my house wasn't expensive enough for them? I was excited about buying my first house and felt like they didn't have to do much work, only showing me one house and nothing significant before closing.
