My daughter and two friends were going to move and they were told they had to move at 2:00 p.m. the first day of the month. The apartment was not ready, workers were working there and there were so many roaches that it was incredible. They kill 8 roaches while looking at the painters do their job. We are waiting for AEH Realty to return their money. In addition, please potential renters check/read/reread the Lease Agreement. We have been waiting for the money since September 1st, and today is September 8th. Lawyering at this minute with the other 2 parents.

I moved out of an apartment in Bedstuy owned by A&H THREE years ago and I am still thinking about how awful they were. They were negligent in fixing our BEDBUG (twice!!!) AND WASP problem!!! I went to check to see if I had submitted a review when I moved out and I hadn't, so I felt the need to come back and warn everyone to STAY AWAY. You do not want to deal with these people and their blighted properties.

HORRIBLE!!!! Worse place ever!! It is almost impossible to get through with Management. I call various times and if I dont select 3 for payment they will NOT answer and that's if you have luck! AND IF you get through, they are SO RUDE! They do NOT care for tenant health (theres always someone smoking cigarettes or weed in the building - I live in 277 Rockaway Parkway, 5th floor) my apartment almost every single day smells like cigarettes, anything needs to be fixed - do NOT depend on them to get the job done, also LOTS OF BED BUGS ISSUES! DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF, FIND ANOTHER REALTY! I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR!! JUST HORRIBLE!!!

Don’t trust these guys. Definitely violating realtors code of ethics. I personally am going to report Mendel to the state board. No exaggeration he’s a conman.

AH Reality is awesome. Staff works with you and provide excellent support. Their properties are of quality standards and luxury.
