I take my hat off to Orlando Peña. What a great agent! From day one he was patient, responsive and professional. Even on this constant evolving market, he was able to hold our hand and guide us to a successful closing of our dream house. Thank you.
Absolute garbage. The agent never calls back, even after I called 3 times and visited their office once. My listing is not available on Trulia, the Realtor app, or even ZIllow. They took terrible pictures of the house, missed the amenities in the back yard. We are riding out the contract until we can get another agent. The only thing they are aggressive about is avoiding my phone calls. It's astounding to me how hard they are working to NOT sell my house. One star is too high a rating.
What a joke... worst real estate company in the area! They wouldn’t even get back to my realtor for weeks or even acknowledge that they received an offer. Don’t waste your time... go somewhere else!
