Not sure who this Pat is in the one negative review for AgentOwned but Jill was absolutely fantastic to work with. Since my wife and I are moving to Charleston from out of state, we're not available in the local area for another couple of weeks. Jill is fully helping out before my move down there by driving up to Moncks Corner three straight days to allow access to the house for inspections and even opening the house for a contractor to provide a flooring estimate, all before the sale is complete! I never felt pressure to buy the most expensive house we looked at. Would use Jill as a realtor in a heartbeat. Can't recommend her enough.

We worked with Pat to sell our home. And she is the worst agent I have ever dealt with, and I have sold many homes. She ruined the first offer by insulting and hounding the buyer. Then when when we were in the closing process with the eventual buyer, we needed to have some small repairs done. She kept assuring us she had “people” who could take care of the issues. I kept asking for an estimate, but she said “not to worry about it”. Well, her “people” didn’t do what they said they were going to do. But still charged us outrageous amounts. Only for us to have to pay other contractors to come in and get the work done. Did she apologize, absolutely not. Because she has no problem spending other peoples money. And then she almost cost us the sale all together because she screamed and hung up on
