Moved out of my apartment with them over 2 months ago and still not have received my security deposit even though they told me they sent it over 3 weeks ago. In addition they never gave me mailbox keys (I had to get my own made), didn't help when I got locked out of my apartment, or gave me a pool fob (all of which I was promised in the lease). I do not recommend this realty group at all unless you want to be disappointed and lied to

I rented from them from one year. When I moved out, I cut the grass myself and took pictures of it. At the time I worked part time cutting grass for another realty company. They charged me for not cutting the grass since it was the wet season and they went weeks and weeks later to check the property. I had to resolve the issue through the Better Business Bureau. This was back in 2014, so maybe things have happened. Do you honestly expect this agency to be different from the slumlords of any other city/company? I just bought my own home and I am happy to never rent again. After I left South Carolina, I rented a house from an acquaintance and although he was relatively clueless, he was a much better landlord.
