Horrible company. I was the Seller in a transaction that they were supposed to process and close. They were also supposed to be the escrow agent per the contract and never collected the escrow money so when the buyers bailed and did not perform on the contract, I was never able to collect the escrow money. Rhonda Kelly was absolutely no help whatsoever and did not care if the buyers followed any terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement at all and never reached out to me to let me know that they had "opted out" of the transaction. I don't know how long she has been doing this but she should know that they need to provide that to a seller in writing. Horrible company, steer clear.

Do not use this company!! Their email was hacked and cost my husband I a GREAT deal of money. We now have to file a fraud claim with the police and we are working with the bank to see if our money can be refunded. They ONLY do wire transfers, be aware of that! They offered nothing to help with the great loss money caused by their office. Their way of dealing with this situation was to blame everyone else. When it came to signing the documents for the closing she had the wrong file for us to sign. Do not use this title company or office staff. I would give zero stars if I could.

I highly recommend using this company. They do their due diligence like no other. I have sent many of my friends and family here which has resulted in some closings that would have not happened because of their expertise. Having the right agent and the right title company makes all the world of difference! Thank you Agent Title!

This company was the most responsive Title Company I have dealt with. Ms Rhonda was spot on when providing information, timeline and cost. I would highly recommend Ms. Rhonda.
