Agave Falls

I am posting this in regard to the review below mine and explain my experience. My brother lives in that building, and management has been responsive and proactive about the issue. The property has been there for over a decade and is located near a creek, so some wildlife activity is expected. Even where I live, we deal with rodents and squirrels during colder weather. It’s not fair to place all the blame on management—it’s simply wildlife being more active this time of year. He’s lived there for two years, and whenever he submits a work order or follows up by email, they do respond.

My name is Arthur Johnson and I have been a residence here at agave falls for about 3 maybe 4 years and ever since I've been here they have been great to me the answer every request every problem that I had they move up on it immediately their office staff is very professional and polite you always say smile on their faces the maintenance man they all have great attitudes and they come immediately as possible they have fixed whatever I need it they are ever so kind when you see them out the office on the grounds of the complex they always sleep pleasant pleasantly

We have the worst manager here, maintenance doesn't work, they don't fix things, the manager fixes other unnecessary things, how does she think of putting air conditioning in the laundry room, the laundry room does not need air conditioning. The ceiling fan is fine but they removed it. the homeless sleep better now. It is very uncomfortable not being able to wash clothes, it is scary to find these stinky people who almost want to hurt us, sometimes they turn off the water keys and do not notify in time, I come home from work and there is no water to shower, she does not listen to our needs, she is arrogant. Apartment is INFESTED !! Roaches, lizards. You rent dirty walls just for them to charge you for the dirty walls after move out. This place doesn’t look like the photos. The managers don’t care they just want money. This is BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I HAVE STAYED!! Only move here if you’re DESPERATE!! Other then that theirs better apartments.

It's very good Apartment complex and has good managers and then always ready for service customers (population) .I am living right now here and I see.
