Went through the process of buying a home here. Started off great but though the paperwork process, things began to turn sour. High, unnecessary pressuring from the realtor caused me to abandon my pursuit to live in this complex. Do your due diligence prior to purchasing in this community. Also be wary about the extreme lack of parking as well as very high HOA/Mello roos. Gave the community an additional star based on the seemingly well built houses in a great area.
Nice new housing development in Carlsbad just on the edge of Vista. The model homes are stylish and well designed.
Great place to live, work & play
