Agate at Palm Desert

Beautiful spot! Brand new construction. Very clean. Dog friendly. Lots of young families and what I assume are college students (younger folks) from California State Palm Desert campus right up the road. They're very busy being a new complex with all the new renters moving in but it's definitely worth checking in with the office to see if there is still availability!

I drove by to look at the apartments at the leasing office. There was a black man by the name of Gregory. He was very rude and blew me off, saying that he was in a meeting and basically had no time for me. He was unprofessional and not friendly at all. He definitely needs to be replaced.

Good apartment complex perfect for families

Love this apartment building, they are well built, with consideration on noise level due to the train/other tenants. The office staff and manager have always been helpful! Happy resident here 😊

When you come they telll you not to do this not to do that. But there’s people smoking weed and making a mess working on there cars and everything and they are RUDE!! And don’t care, and use favoritism left and right I live here and am using a different name avoid getting harassed or bullied out
