Way too overpriced for an average appartement. I pay around 1400 a month for an average 1 bedroom apartment and they didnt let me know that there was the electricity and water and internet bill on top of that of 150+ a month. Crazy pricing and the internet doesnt even work and the water in the shower isnt hot and the thermostat tweaks out and doesnt work sometimes either. I have not asked for assistance with anything because when i asked them to fix the water for me they charged me extra even though they told me it would be free. I cant wait for my lease to be done so I can buy a way better place for half the price.
Very nice apartments but the management is not the best. My apartment was very dirty when we moved in and the touch up painting had not been done yet. Apartment was not even close to ready to be moved into even though they said it would be.
Awesome place to live!
