They charged us $400 for a dishwasher that apparently wasn't working before we moved in they charged us $500 for an extermination problem that was needed when we moved in and the reason we moved out!!! They claimed they had to cut on the water and the lights to clean the unit but we have bills to show the electric and the water was still on!!! We were charged for cleaning and deodorizing the unit but my wife has scrubbed the place from top to bottom it was definitely cleaner when we left then it was when we moved in they charged us for the smoke detectors and the hood over the stove in a nutshell that never worked!! These people are not people to trust since they made us waste time and 450 dollars out of my pocket, they are selling properties supposedly for VA loans, they say they are going to fix it and then when we have paid for the inspection and the option, they say they are not going to pay for nothing. Being aware of what they have, they still want to see his stupid face, pretending that the inspector does not do his job and making sure everything is fine. In that house it wasn't just one thing that was bad but many, but they were only asked to repair 3 things, the biggest ones, we would do the rest, but they still didn't care at all. Well the houses by me are rented by this company. They use some type of lawn service and they broke the window on my vehicle. I called as soon as I noticed.provided my name and number and ask for someone to call to replace the window. That was three weeks ago. When I called they refused to provide the name of the company and keeps telling me they will get back to me. Still no o response. Very unprofessional!

The owner himself had to rate the company five stars to boost reviews. That in itself is enough to be concerned with. This company was the property manager before I moved into my property. They didn’t take care of it at all. Before I moved in they were supposed to make repairs so it was was ready, the received a list several times on what needed to be repaired and replaced yet did nothing. To make matters worse, he lied and said he made sure everything was taken care of. It took a good amount of funds to make necessary repairs. He has proven to not be an honest man. He did have to deal with a few issues he caused, but it is NOTHING compared to what I had to go through. I’m just glad I have an honest, faithful property manager now that gets the job done immediately.

Since the day we moved in (October 2, 2017) we have addressed the possibility of mold behind our shower tile because they were already coming loose, and caulking around the tub was not sealed. We turned in a work order on October 10, 2017 and no further action was taken by the company. On April 14, 2018 the tiles finally started falling off the wall because of the mold. We notified them immediately. First, it was just 2 tiles, and a few days later, 2 more fell off. It took them until May 14, 2018 for them to take any type of action. But all they did was put lipstick on a pig. We told them there was mold and a leak and the repair man told us we were wrong and just patched the hole with sheet rock and put the moldy tiles back on the wall.
