Affordable Rentals

Everyone is decently nice that works here with an exception of Brenda avoid her at all cost. She is running this place into the ground. Her parents are very nice but when it comes to getting anything done most things have to be her way so dont expect anything to get fixed. Septic problems, outdated trailers the whole slum lord experience. Unless someone else buys this company I wouldnt recommend.

Most of the homes we viewed had mold growing, when we went to the office they told us that was impossible they were just there.. I seen fur/mold growing on 3 different units. We did rent another unit that had issues with people trying to break in continuously due to the lot in front having overgrown trees and brushes ( with help, we trimmed and cut that area ) While there I replaced the door locks, bathroom sink and counter top in the bathroom, window screens. I even fixed and bought new pieces for the skirting. The trees fell on the unit during the last hurricane, I asked if they could clean up the trees and was told to drag the branches that were 4 times my size to the road, at which time I explain I am handicap and that was not possible. These Ladies have been great. If anything is broken or goes bad, it is fixed immediately, usually the same day. The work crew is very good.

The manager brenda is horribly rude and inconsiderate. I dont recomend this place to anybody. They just want your money, more than you being happy

Am very grateful for these people and the home I live in. It is truly a blessing.
